I haven’t been eating solid food for a little over two weeks. I’ve just been having soup and smoothies and other healthy liquids.
My goal was to do it for 30 days.
At just past the halfway point I decided to give myself a cheat day. So I went to one of my favorite places to eat and got a garlic bison burger.
I also got some goat milk ice cream and watched a movie with Chelsea.
Even when you’re working hard and have big goals, sometimes it’s good to relax and take a break so that you can stay energized and on track.
Also I’m almost done with the free video course I’m making that will teach you how to start a blog of your own.
